Group Exercise Programs

At PDC Health Hub we offer a range of exercise group programs. Each class consists of no more than 6 people at a time and you will be participating using your own specifically designed program.

The programs are designed for you after your initial face to face assessment with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologist's and will be a combination of resistance, cardio and strength training - depending on your body and health needs.

The group sessions run once a week for 8 weeks and you will be supervised by one of our Exercise Physiologist's. It's a fantastic opportunity to exercise socially in a safe, supportive environment.
