PDC Health Hub Headquarters are located in East Victoria Park, within 10 minutes of Perth City. PDC Health Hub HQ is co-located with Pharmacy 777 East Victoria Park. Located conveniently next to one of the most established coffee shops in Victoria Park, Venn (Formerly known as Antz in Ya Pantz), so you can enjoy a coffee before or after your appointment.

PDC Health Hub HQ is set inside a comfortable environment with a homely and calming feel. At PDC Health Hub HQ there is also PDC Fitness, a small and boutique gym that is run by our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, so care is always available.

PDC Health Hub is co-located with Advantage Pharmacy Bedford. Advantage Pharmacy Bedford is conveniently located on Grand Promenade near the corner of Walter Road West. Plenty of parking is available on the Grand Promenade entry of Advantage Pharmacy Bedford. Bus stops are located within walking distance of the pharmacy.

PDC Health Hub Canningvale is located south of the river in Perth, 5 minutes from Canningvale Markets.

PDC Health Hub is located in Joondalup Health Hub, near the Clinipath collection centre.

PDC Health Hub Kalamunda is located in the heart of Kalamunda. Located within Barberry Square Shopping Centre next to First Avenue and Hawley's Shoe Shop.

Located conveniently in the centre of Midland next to St John of God Midland and 5 minutes from Midland Gate Shopping Centre. PDC Health Hub Midland is co-located with endocrinologists (Diabetes Specialists). Endocrinologists (Diabetes Specialists) are available through Midland Medical Specialists. Telehealth is an appointment with you health professional by phone or video call. This can be particularly useful if you can not attend an appointment in person because you are unwell, need to self-isolate or you live far away from any of PDC Health Hub's locations.

At PDC Health Hub, we would prefer consults face to face, especially if you have never seen PDC Health Hub before so we are able to provide the full service and any equipment necessary for your health needs.

PDC Health Hub are using Coviu for all video appointments and the benefit to you is that no downloading of software is required, all you need is a device that has a camera, a microphone and speakers (most computer, laptops, phones, ipads and tablets will have these built in).
